Your room is available until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
If you wish to depart later, please contact the restaurant.
Otherwise, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us until your departure.

Airport

The most convenient way to travel from Zurich Airport is by train, directly via Zurich Main Station and Göschenen to the hotel. You can find connections and tickets directly on the website of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB.ch).

The nearest “Andermatt Drugstore” is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel and is located at Furkagasse 2, 6490 Andermatt.

The nearest general practitioner’s office is directly opposite the hotel at Gotthardstrasse 22, 6490 Andermatt. For emergencies during opening hours, please contact +41 41 887 19 77. Outside opening hours, the cantonal medical emergency number 041 870 03 03 can assist you.

We want the little ones to be as comfortable as possible.
If you require a baby cot or blankets, please inform the restaurant.

If you wish not to be disturbed, please place the door hanger with the red side facing outwards on your room door. We will gladly respect your request.

Excursions

Andermatt Tourism is happy to assist you with various excursions and sightseeing tours. Their office is next to the train station and is open from 8 AM to 5 PM, and on weekends from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Fire Alarm

In case of a fire alarm, follow the route indicated on the escape plan on your room door, observe the emergency exit signs, and follow the instructions of the staff.

The assembly point is located at the front on our street terrace.

Breakfast

Our breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Half Board

We offer a half-board menu for CHF 45 per person, which can be booked with the room for stays of 2 nights or more.

Towels

In hotels, many unused towels are washed every day. For environmental reasons, we only change your towels upon request if you place them on the floor.

Hotel Entrance

For security reasons, the hotel and entrance doors are closed overnight. You have access to the hotel with your room key. For late check-ins, please contact the hotel team two days in advance so we can provide you with access instructions.

Dogs

Your well-behaved pet is welcome here. For the additional effort, we charge a fee of CHF 20 per night. We reserve the right to hold the owner liable for any damage caused by the pet in the hotel. Please use the “Do Not Disturb” door hanger if your pet is alone in the room.

Children’s Rates

Cots can be provided upon request in specially equipped rooms. Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge in their parents’ room. Please note that an extra bed can only be provided in selected rooms.

Emergency Exit

The emergency exit is marked with green illuminated emergency exit signs. In case of a fire alarm, follow the route indicated on the escape plan on your room door, observe the emergency exit signs, and follow the instructions of the staff.

After leaving the hotel, proceed to the car park in front of the hotel and follow the instructions of the incident commander at the assembly point.

We recommend making a table reservation.

Sustainability

“Healthy” room temperatures for us are 20 to 21 degrees Celsius. Please regulate the room temperature using the thermostat, not by opening the window. Proper ventilation promotes health and well-being:
Open the window 2 to 3 times a day for 5 minutes to air out the room.
When leaving the room, please turn off the lights and switch off all electronic devices.

Parking spaces are available on site upon request and for a fee. Please note that these are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All our guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of CHF 200 if smoking occurs in the room.

Consumption in the restaurant is paid directly at the restaurant. It is not possible to charge items to your room.

We use a physical key system for all entrance doors and rooms. Please carry the key with you. A lost key will be charged.

Safety

Our hotel is monitored by a fire alarm system. The smoke detectors directly trigger an alarm.

Our ski room is located directly behind the building. If you have rented your equipment, we ask you to remember the ski brand, as there is a risk of confusion.

The most convenient way to purchase ski passes and mountain railway tickets is online on the website of Bergbahnen Andermatt + Sedrun + Disentis. Alternatively, you can use the ticket offices at the valley station.

Various games are available at the reception and in the restaurant.
